This project was the last project for Ecology class last quarter. It was a nice simple project because we had just finished our feedback loop project. We had to find a critically endangered species To research, sculpt, and sketch. I chose to do the Hawksbill sea turtle.
This project was not my best work because I just wanted to get it done becasue it was so close to spring break. The slides I made could have been way more aesthetically pleasing and also contained more detailed information.
For this project the 21st century skills I used are, Information skills, Communication skills, and self directional skills. For Information skills I researched a lot about the hawksbill turtle for the slides part of the project and found out some cool info about it. For the communication skills I had to do a brief presentation for the ecology class for this project as well. This was a bit different for me because I haven't done any presentations in front of people this whole year. It was surprisingly not to hard. For the self directional skills I did this project on my own and had to get it done before the end of the quarter. That was difficult for me because I had to find the motivation to finish right before spring break.
